Our Monthly meeting is held on the 4th Monday of every month at 7:00 PM in Rm 332 @ G.S.H.S during the school year and at the New Holland Park Pavilion during the summer.
Please feel free to attend and get involved with your child's/children's future.

U6- Sarah Moats: Party June 4th after last game. Starting in the fall there will be 1 practice weekly and a Saturday morning game.
U8 - Delana Swisher: Starting the fall season there will be 2 weekly practices and a Saturday morning game.
Registrar: Rhonda Mellinger- Got soccer registration is up and running. Registration opens June 1st.
Equipment coordinator: Returning of all equipment to the soccer shed June 18th at 8am. All equipment will be locked up and medical supplies returned.
Rec teams:

registration fees will increase $5 for rec and $10 for travel teams. Late fee in $25 and is non negotiable!
Licensed refs will be used for U12 and up for Rec teams.
U8 will be using High School players to ref.
Regional Soccer Tournament to be held in Lancaster County starting July 2nd.

- Fall registration dates, we will give fliers to coaches and area schools and businesses. Will decide where to print newspaper add. Try outs to be advertised separately.
- Board agreed that a plaque or some sort of display would be given to CNH for their 10 years of service to GSYSC.
- Brubaker park field conditions are poor. Will try to get permission for reseeding and fertilization. Pricing?
- Board has voted that all volunteers will receive a refund for 1 child per volunteer participating in the soccer program.
- Coaching Module May 3rd 5:15pm to 9:15pm. All new coaching staff are encouraged to attend. Parents and return coaches are also welcome. This will be a positive and informing experience. The club is picking up the cost and if you are interested please contact Jamie Bills to register.
- Reading Phillies fundraiser: $26.00 per ticket includes buffet and use of pool. Date to be determined.
- Youth soccer afternoon on May 1st at Garden Spot. Bring your soccer players out in their uniform to watch the High School girls play.
- There will be a container in the shed for anyone interested in unloading their old soccer cleats or shin guards. Please feel free to leave or take what you need. The shed is open every Saturday during AM hours.

A. Fall registration dates, run adds in the paper, flyers at the Library, info to the High School and JR High.
B. Setting up the online registration for Credit Card payment: requires vote
C. Field permission from CNH – Zap
D. Updating the jerseys for the Rec. teams, ideas, #’s, etc. : requires vote
E. Field setup, coaches are responsible, paint, etc.
F. Equipment needs -
Brain Storming: This is an opportunity to bring up any idea that does not fall into the business area, something to try or do different, etc. Throw an idea out and we can have brief open discussions “brain storming session”.
Next Meeting Date: March 22, at 7:00 pm in room 332 at Garden Spot High School, All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
